The Good, the Bad and the Awful

In the grand tradition of Golden Age TV, Monster Island Theater and Channel 31 brings "classic" horror movies and hideous surprises right into Alameda living rooms.

Hosted by Vicki Vampyr, Alameda's Ghouly Girl of the Midnight Hour, Monster Island Theater is broadcast every Saturday evening.

Yes, some of these films are downright awful; that's why we love them. But some of these films actually reach for the heavenly heights (or more fittingly, the Depths of Hell).

Get Ready, Get Set, Beware, Be There

So turn off the lights (it sets the mood, and it's good for conservation of energy), turn on the TV, grab some candy corn and a security blanket - it's time for Monster Island Theater.
