Plot The PlotDr William Cortner (Jason Evers) is in a car crash that that decapitates his fiancée. Luckily, Dr Bill is a mad scientist and brings her back from the dead by keeping her head alive in his secret laboratory. But he's not satisfied with just her head, so he goes on the prowl for body parts for the ultimate body makeover.
