Together We Prepare is a special film produced by the American Red Cross Bay Area, the Alameda Fire Dept. and Alameda Power & Telecom. The film is a major component in an initiative that will help create a Disaster Resistant Alameda.

What's It All About, Alameda?

The "Together We Prepare - A Disaster Resistant Alameda" initiative seeks to train 20,000 Alameda residents, over a quarter of Alameda's population, in disaster preparedness.

The half-hour film, produced by the staff of Alameda Power & Telecom's Alameda TV, features steps that can be taken before and after an emergency event.

Some 5,000 DVDs have been distributed throughout our community. Details on how to get your own copy of the DVD appear to the right.
